The story of the 1 bed London shed for 430k

There are many ways to look at this story, none are that complimentary

So, I think many of us read the story about the one bed shed that was put up for sale for 430k

If you are interested the property has now dropped to 380k

I think the first though is that the public is not that stupid, Well played public. I mean it is a shed, and is costs about 20 times the average salary in the UK. Did the developer seriously think that this was going to sell?

But the developer must be commended on ability, to create something that looks decent from what is really a shed shaped building gets my approval. But live in it? No chance.

I recall this advert from the 80s..

And it all seems very similar. Will the subsequent property crash do so as well?
